Once the order has been successfully placed on website (Makeupblush.in), it can’t be cancelled in any situation, so there is no refund possibility. For some very rare cases of exchange and return, you have to contact us via WhatsApp (+91-9152512850) within 3-4 hours of delivery, and in the name of refund, you will get store credit only.
Although, If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you'll be eligible for exchange and return. However, please note that an unboxing video is required for verification.
